Where Sound Became Healing
MY STORY
My journey with sound began in childhood through the flute. Breath and music became my way of expressing everything words couldn't hold. In 2019, a turning point came in India: I discovered Tibetan singing bowls and felt, for the first time, how sound doesn't flow out of you, but it flows into you. Vibrations filling the body from within, healing through release.
Later, the gong drew me to Moscow, where I experienced its vast, great power. Today, sound weaves through all my work - Yin Yoga with bowls and bells, private and group sessions, special spaces for expectant mothers, and collaborative events with fellow musicians.
For me, sound is breath, vibration, and universal energy. An invitation to feel deeper, restore strength, and find harmony within.

Sound Bath Sessions
Each session begins with a personal ritual: exploring where you are right now, setting an intention, and opening a space for what truly matters. From there, sound takes over.
Lie side by side, held by warm sounds. The vibrations open the heart and create wordless closeness: a shared journey of breathing deeper, letting go, and reconnecting. Includes metaphorical cards, tea, and a closing reflection together.
1:1 Sound Bath
A non-verbal journey where your mind grows quiet and feeling takes the lead. The sounds give your ego rest and let body, mind, and soul sink into gentle stillness.
A tender space for you and the little life growing inside you. The sounds cradle you both, offering deep security and calm. Partners are welcome to join for a gentle moment of connection as three.
Each session begins with an empathetic ritual: exploring the client's current state, setting an intention, and opening space for what matters most. This leads into a short meditation and a gentle coaching impulse that serves as a gateway to the body's innate healing wisdom. Additional practices such as cacao can be incorporated upon request.

Guidance for Life's Turning Points I grew up in one country and started over in another. I know what it feels like to leave everything behind to find yourself again. I've lived through separation, loss, and pain. But also moments of clarity where I understood: no matter where we are, we can always come home. Inward.
Today I accompany people who want to feel themselves again. People who want to change their lives because they know: there's more than just functioning. There is depth, peace, and truth. Sometimes all it takes is an honest conversation or a different perspective to recognise the next step.
